SECTION I
Collier County Ordinance No. ?~-22 is hereby amended by
adding the following described land ~o the Marco Island Lighting
Municipal Service Taxing District:
Lots 15 through 19, inclusive, Block 223, all being located
in Marco Beach Unit 6, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 53
of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and
Lots 10 and 11, Block 22q; Lots 1 through 16 inclusive, Block 233, all
being located in Marco Beach Unit 6, as recorded in Plat
Book 6, Page 51 of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida, and
Lots 1 through ~, inclusive, Block 236; Lots 1 through 12,
inclusive, Block 237, all being located in Marco Beach Unit 6,
as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 53 of the Public Records
of Collier County, Florida, and
Lots 17 and 18, Block ~08; Lots 3 through 20, inclusive, Block

SECTION II

CONSTRUCTION
This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate
its public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is held
invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be
affected.
SECTION III
Effective date of this Ordinance shall become effective as
provided by Law.
