COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA

ATLAS MAP NUMBER 49-25-6 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "PUD" PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO "RS-3" RESIDENTIAL
SINGLE FAMILY AND "RM-2GH" RESIDENTIAL

WHEREAS, Ronald Beaudry, owner, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning
Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Collier County, Florida~
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "PUD" Planned
Unit Development to "RS-3" Residential Single Family and "~M-2GH"
Residential Multi-Family Group Housing and the "ST" Special
Treatment are removed and adjusted as herein described and the
Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-6 as described in Ordinance
76-30 is hereby amended accordingly~
