COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR TItE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING THE ZONING
ATLAS MAP NUMBER MI-5 BY REZONING THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM "GC"
GOLF COURSE TO "RO" RECREATION OPEN SPACE:'
TRACT A, UNIT 25, ~RCO BEACH SUBDIVISION'
WHICH IS LOCATED ON S~ MARCO ROAD ~D
GULFSTREAM STREET AND BY PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the YMCA of Collier County, Inc., owner, petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classifi-
cation of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described meal prop-

erty is changed from "GC" Golf Course to "RO"_~R~o_~eatice~.' Open
Space and the Zoning Atlas Map Number MI-5
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly.

SECTION TWO: ~
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
