Ail lands lying within Naples Manor Addition, as recorded
in Plat Book 3, Pages 67-68;
Ail lands lying within Naples Manor Lakes, as recorded
in Plat Book 3, Pages 86-87;
Ail lands lying within Naples Manor Extension, as recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 98;
Ail lands lying within Amended Plat of Naples Manor
Extension, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 101;
Ail lands lying within Replat Naples Manor Lakes, as recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 67; of the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida

A. Construction
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuat~ its
public purpose. ~
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance i%held~'

B. Effective Date ~
Effective date of this ordinance shall become effective
provided by law.
