ERTY FROM RS-4 SINC. LE FAMILY TO
COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL: A PORTIO~ OF~
LOT 38, ROSEMARY HEIGHTS SUBDIVI~ON
WHICH IS LOCATED ON ROSEMARY LANE ON
SOUTH SIDE BEHIND ADOLPHUS, INC. AND
BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Helen Bell, property owner, petitioned the Board
of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change the
Zoning Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real prop-
erty is changed from RS-4 Single Family to CI-Commercial Indust-
rial and the Zoning Atlas ~]ap Number 49-25-5 as described in
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
Begin at the NW corner of Lot 38,
Rosemary Heights Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book. 2, Pg. 83,
Public Records of Collier County,
Florida. Thence East along the
south right-of-way of Rosemary
Lane 29.6 feet, thence South 220
feet, thence East 55.4 feet, thence
South 80.24 feet to the South line
of Lot 38, thence West along the
South line of 38 to the SW corner
of Lot 38, thence North along the
west line of Lot 38 to the POB.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
