THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING THE ZONING
ATLAS MAP NUMBER 50-26-14, BY REZONING THE
FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM "A"
AGRICULTURAL TO "RO" RECREATION OPEN SPACEr
SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP
50 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, W~ICH IS LOCATED
2 1/2 MILES SOUTH OF ALLIGATOR ALLEY AND
1/2 MILE EAST OF C.R. 951 AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The American Pistol and Rifle Association of
Collier County has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning Classification
to the real property hereinafter descr~bedz
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Floridat
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from
Agricultural to "RO" Recreation Open Space and t~e Officia/
Zoning Atlas Map Number 50-26-14 as described ir~Ox~qnanc~
76-30 is hereby amended as follows~ o~
South, ~nge 26 East, which is located 2 1/~;~es
South of Alligator Alley and 1/2 mile east ~ ~
