WHEREAS,William L. B1='ckwe11,representing the Collier Development
Corporation,owners of the property hereinafter, de~cribed,petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,to
'change the zoning, classification of the real property hereinafter
NOW~EREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA~
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described real
property in Collier County,Florida,is changed from #I-A-2" to "I-C-l"
and the Official Zoning Atlas No. 46-29-9 described in Exhibit
of Ordinance No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly:

and lying west of Carson Road and east of
