SECTION ONE
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is h~reby amended by ~adding
the following described land to the'Collie~ County Lighting District.
Lots 14 through 29, inclusive, Block '9; Lots 1 through
31, inclusive,. Block 1'3; Lot I and Lots 9 through 18,
inclusive,' Block 14, all lying within LeIy TroPical
Estates' Unit No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 10,
Page 89 of the Public Redords of Collier County, Florida.

A Construction ~ -
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance is ~eld i~valid
or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
