of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of
the hereinbelow described real property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "RM-i" Residential Single and Multi-
Family, to "RO" Recreation Open-Space, and the Official Zoning
Atlas Map, Number 49-25-5, is amended accordingly~
All of that part of the East 338.34 feet of the
West 983.34 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 27, Township 49, Range 25 East, C~lie~

according to the Plat thereof as recorded~n
