AN E}fERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 78-23
A/~ENDING THE ATLAS OF MAPS OF THE IF/tOKALEE AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF THE PROPERTY HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED FROM "I-SF-I" TO
"I-C-l" AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~{ISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "I-SF-I" to
"I-C-l" and the Official Zoning Atlas described as Exhibit "A" of
Ordinance No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly:
Begin at the NE corner of ~E-1/4 of SE-l/4
of Sec. 32, Twp. 46 South, Range 29 E, thence
West 100 Ft. thence South 40 Ft. to point of
beginning of the lands herein described; thence
running South along the West side of State Road
#164, 410 Ft., thence West 210 Ft., thence North
200 Ft., thence West 210 Ft; thence North 210 Ft.
to the South line of the right-of-way of
Immokalee-Lake Trafford Road (being State Road
#s-850), thence East along the South line of
right-of-way 420 feet to the point of beginning,
containing three acres, more or less, excepting
and reserving out of and from the said described
lands, a parcel of land described as follows
to-wit: From said point of beginning descried
in the foregoing description, run South alon~
the West side of State Road #164, 210 Feet,
to the point of beginning of the land accept~
and reserved From said point of be=inning
continue South along the West side o~ State
Road 6164, 200 Feet; thence West 210 Feet;
thence North 200 Feet; thence East 210 Feet~
containing one acre, more or less.
SECTION TWO:
The Board of County Commissioners at its Regular }!eettng
has waived all notice requirements of the Florida Statutes by at
least 4/bths vote of its membership. It has found that an emergency
exists and that immediate enactment of this Ordinance is necessary.
SECTION THREE:
This O.'dinance shall become effective up r~ceip of not'ice
that it is filed with the Secretary of State.~;~ ~
