AN ORDINANCE AHENDING COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE
NO. 74-14 THE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE IMMOKALEE
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
BELOW FROM "I-SF-2" TO "I-C-l" AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE:

of the property hereinafter described, petitioned the Board, o£
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, to change the
zoning classification of the real property hereinbelow described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "I-SF-2"
