WHEREAS, Tri County Engineering petitioned the Board
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning Class-
ification of the real property hereinafter described;
NOW, ~HEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "A" Agriculture
to "E-GH" Estates-Group Housing and the Zoning Atlas
51-26-2 is her, eby amended accordingly:
The S% of the NE~ of the SE~ of Section 10, Townsh:~51S
Range 26E.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
