25, 26, 35 and 36, AND PORTIONS OF SECTIONS
27 AND 34, RANGE 25E, ~P. 49S, COLLIER COUNT~;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~4ISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Collier County Ordinance ~1 is ~ereb~
amended by prohibiting the discharge of
following additional areas:
Sections 27, 28,' 29, 30, 31 and 32, Ran~2~,
Twp.~ 49S, and Sections 25, 26, 35, and ~nd t~se
portions of Section 27 and 34 located e~g~f Frank
Road, Range 25E, Twp. 49S, Collier Count.
Section 2. This ordinance shall ~ake effect upon
receipt of notice from the Secretary of State that it
has been filed in accordance with law.
