NOW, ~E~FO~, BE IT O~AINED BY ~ BOA~,'~ CO~
CO~ISSIO~RS OF COLLIER CO~, ~ORIDA, that; ~
Golden Gate Fire Control District, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
SECTION ONE:
"Section 5. There shall be an advisory committee
consisting of not more than five (5) or less than three (3)
electors residing within the district, appointed by the
Board of County Commissioners to serve staggered terms, to
advise and counsel the Board of County Commissioners regarding
the affairs of the district."
SECTION TWO: Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice
from the Secretary of State that this Ordinance has been
filed.
