AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-14 ADOPTING THE
ATLAS OF MAPS FOR THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT
BY CHANGING ~-AP NO. 46-29-9 CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION OF THE EAST 3/4 OF THE S~ OF THE SW½ OF
SECTION 32,TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,RANGE 29 EAST,FROM "I-A-2"
TO "I-M/lSD" AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, Robert Shellabarger,owner of the property hereinafter
described,petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County,Florida,to change the zoning district classification of
the real property hereinafter described. Oo ~
