NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property
in Collier County, Florida, is changed from "RM-i" Multi-Family to
"GRC" General Retail Commercial and the Official Zoning Atlas Map
Number 49-25-8 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended
accordingly:
Commencing at the center of Section 34,
Township 49S, Range 25E, Collier County,
Florida; (Bearings are based on State
Road S-951-A Rightof-Way Plans dated 1966);~
thence along the East and West % line of ~
said Section 34, South 89 57 11 East 100 ~m
feet to the East ROW line of Goodlette Rd.; ~
thence along said East ROW line of Goodlatte~
Rd., South 0°18'37" East 48.43 feet to the ~
Point of Beginning of the parcel herein
described; thence North 89°56'59" East
600 feet; thence South 0°18'37" East 200
feet; thence South 89°56'59'' West 600 feet
to the East R~ line of Goodlette Rd.;
thence along said East ROW line North
0°18'37" West 200 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the parcel herein described;
being a part of the SE¼ of Section 34, Town-
ship 49S, Range 25E, Collier 'County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
