WHEREAS, Deltona Corporation petitioned the Boaf~ County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change ~e Zoning~
Classification of the real property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Corn-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "RS-4" Single
Family to "PC" Professional Commercial and the Official Zoning
Atlas Map Number MI-5 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby
amended accordingly:
