AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 91-102 THE
COLLIER COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE WHICH INCLUDES
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 2809N; BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM "RT' RESORT TOURIST AND
"CON~' CONSERVATION DISTRICT TO "PUD" PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS NORTH PORT FOR A MIXED USE
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT CONSISTING OF 248 DWELLING UNITS,
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF U.S. 41 AND FAKA
UNION CANAL IN SECTIONS 4 AND 9, TOWNSHIP 52 SOUTH, RANGE
28 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONSISTING OF 50~ ACRES;
AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Robert L. Duane, AICP, of Hole, Montes & Associates, Inc., representing North Port
Development, Inc., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the zoning classification of thc herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida:
SECTION ONE;
The zoning classification of the herein described real property located in Sections 4 and 9r~s~ 52
South, P,~n§e 28 East, Collier County, Florida, is changed ~rom "RT" ~sort Tourist and "CO~'
District to "PUD" Planned IJnit Development in accordanc.~ with the North Port PUD Docannent, .~h~ ed

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Deportment of State.
