THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR
THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF TUE COASTAL
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING THE
ZONING ATLAS MAP NUMBER 51-26-2 BY CHA~NGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "A" AGRICULTURE
TO "GC" GOLF COURSE ON THE FOLLOWING DES-
CRIBED PROPERTY'. THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTH
1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 LYING EAST OF THE
COUNTY ROAD KNOWN AS BAREFOOT WILLIAMS ROAD
IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 26
EAST AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Soll& Peek, Inc.,
representing Mr. Charles Guy, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described real
property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "A" Agri-
culture to "GC" Golf Course and the Official Zoning Atlas Map
Number 51-26-2 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended
accordingly:
FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO "GC" GOLF COURSE
That portion of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4
lying East of the County Road known as Barefoot
Williams Road in Section 4, Township 51 South, Range
26 East, Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO=
This Ordinanc~ shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
