RANGE 26 EAST KNOWN AS IDEAL FISH ,CAI~P"
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Board of County. Commissioners requested
the Land Use Classification of the real property hereinafter
described be reviewed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Land Use Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from
Commercial to Residential, 0-4 units, per gross acre and Work
Study Map %4 as described in Ordinance 79-32 is hereby amended
accordingly:
The westerly 139.9' of part of Section 21, T52S, R26E
more particularly described as follows:
From a concrete monument with a brass ,cap marking the ~
section corner on the north line of. said Section 21 run
South l°52'49'' east along a ¼ section line of said Section
being the line dividing Government Lot 3 from Government
Lots 2 & 5 of said Section 21, 3,547.21' to a concret~
monument with a brass cap set near the shore of ~axamb~ '~
Pass, marking the location of the former "sunken~erra-~ ~
cotta pipe filled with cement", 60' west of the ~M. ,~_
Barfield present dock; thence North l°52'49" west~alon-.g~
said % section line of 470' to a concrete monument~with~
brass cap; thence runs South 88°07'11'' west for 5~.81'~
to an intersection with a southerly prolongation o~the
east line of said parcel, passing through a concre~
monument with a brass cap marking the SE corner and"the
Point of Beginning of the parcel described. From said
Point of Beginning continue North 0°48'46'' east for 100'
to a concrete monument with a brass cap 8' more or less
north of the center of a gumbo limbo tree; thence run

of the West Valley Creek; thence run southerly along
said waters to an intersection with a line through the
