RETAILING, OR DISTRIBUTING ESTABLISHMENTS FOR AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS WHETHER GROWN ON OR OFF-SITE AND BY PROVIDING AN EF- FECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Collier County Planning Department peti- tioned the Board of County Commissioners to amend the Zoning Ordinance 76-30; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Zoning Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended as follows: AMEND SECTION 37, PARAGRAPH 2,C OF ZONING ORDINANCE 76-30 BY ADDING A SUBPARAGRAPH (10) WHICH READS AS FOLLOWS: (10) Packaging, storing, warehousing, wholesaling, re- tailing, or distributing establishments for agri- culture products, field crops, citrus products, fruits, and nuts and other produce, whether grown on or off-site, on properties which abut existing arterials or roadways which are recommended to be reconstructed to arterials in the LGCPA Compre- hensive Plan. A Provisional Use under this section shall comply with the following requirements: Ail of the pr~visions of Section 14 of Zoning Ordinance 76-30, amended. The granting of a Provisional Use shall be for a period of not longer than ten (10) years and shall automatically terminate at the end of the time period granted by the Board, except that such Provisional Use may be extended for successive periods up to three (3) years for each extension, upon petition by the property owner and after pub- lic hearing by the Planning Commission and public hearing and approval by the Board.
