REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PRO-
PERTY FROM "RM-2" RESIDENTIAL MULTI-
FAMILY TO "CI" COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL,
FROM "RM-2" RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY TO
"GRC" GENERAL RETAIL COMMERCIAL AND FROM
"GRC" GENERAL RETAIL COMMERCIAL TO
"RM-1B" RESIDENTIAL MULTIFAMILY: BLOCK
73, LOTS I THROUGH 10, GOLDEN GATE
SUBDIVISION UNIT 2, BLOCK 74, LOTS 1
THROUGH 20, GOLDEN GATE SUBDIVISION UNIT
2, AND ALL OF BLOCK 30, LESS THE NORTH
275 FEET THEREOF, COLDEN GATE SUBDIVI-
SION UNIT 2 AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Wilson, Miller, Barton, Soll & Peek, Inc.,
representing GAC Properties, Inc., petitioned the Board' of
County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of
%rein described real property;
'~ ~DW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
~mmiss~oners of Collier County, Florida:
~The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "RM-2" Residential Multi-Family to
"CI" Commercial Industrial, from "RM-2" Residential Multi-
Family to "GRC" General Retail' Commercial, and "GRC" General
Retail Commercial to "RM-1B" Residential Multi-Family and
the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-26-6 is hereby
amended accordingly:
From RM-2 to CI
Block 73, Lots 1 through 10, Golden Gate Subdivision,
Unit 2.
From RM-2 to GRC
Block 74, Lots 1 through 20, Golden Gate Subdivision,
Unit 2.
From GRC to RM-1B
All of Block 30, less the North 275 feet thereof Golden
Gate Subdivision, Unit 2.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon raceipt of
notice that it hai been filed with the Secretary of State.
