Zoning Classification of the hereinbelow described real
property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is hereby adjusted and the Official Zoning Atlas Map
Number 49-25-7 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended
accordingly:
To be Removed From "ST"
Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 36,
Township 49, Range 25 run W 1060', S 2010' to Point
of Beginning S 590', W 720' N 590', E 720' to Point
of Beginning.
TO be Placed in "ST"
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the South 6~.60
feet of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the West
1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township ~,
Range 25, Collier County, Florida (Southwest corner
of Tract 102, Naples Production Park Unrecorded);~henq~
Easterly along the East and West 1/4 line of said~.
Section 36 a distance of 312.0 feet; thence Northerly
deflecting 90" to the left 235.0 feet for a PLAC~OF
BEGINNING: thence continuing along the last described
course 230.0 feet; thence Easterly deflecting 90" to
the right 290.0 feet; thence Southerly deflecting
90" to the right 230.0 feet; thence Westerly deflecting
90" to the right 290.0 feet to the place of beginning.
Subject to easements of record.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it
