AN ORDINANCF. AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 77-53 WHICH
AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 74-15,CORRECTIHG PARAGRAPH
4D,HAZARD MARKING AND LIGHTING SPECIAL REGULATIONS
GOVERNING HAZARDS IN AND AROUND THE IttMOKALEE
AIRPORT (ED SCOTT AIR FIELD} AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: Ordinance NO. 77-53 Paragraph 4.D be
deleted and the following be substituted
D. Hazard Marking and .Liqhtin~: Any pe~it~.r
variance granted shal~ require the
mark and light the structure in acco~ge
with FAA Advisory Circular 70-7460-1'.°r'~
subsequent revisions. The permit ma~.~-
conditioned to permit Collier County
own expense to install,operate and maint.a~n

SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary.~f
State.
