CONFIRMING THE STREET NAMES OF KENSINGTON DRIVE,
FAIRMONT DRIVE AND CANDLETREE COURT LOCATED IN BIG
CYPRESS COUNTRY CLUB .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is
pursuant to authority in Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes
to name or rename streets and roads, except State Roads~ and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been re-
quested to change the following street names located within
the Big Cypress Country Club:
1. From Baywood Way to Kensington 'brive~
2. From Greenwood Way to Fairmont Drive: and
3. From Ensenada Court to Candletree Court:
WHEREAS, it is desirable for identification purposes
to change the name of these streets and confirm these streets
as follows:
KENSINGTON DRIVE: FAIRMONT DRIVE: AND CANDLETREE COURT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that said street names are hereby confirmed:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded
in the Public Records of Collier County and noted upon the maps
of the Street and Zoning Atlases of Collier County.
