COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL AREA
PLANNING DISTRICT BY AMENDING THE ZONING
ATLAS MAP NUMBER 49-25-1 BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "A" AGRICULTURE
TO "CI" COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL ON THE FOL-
LOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY~ THE NORTH
1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST
1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST AND BY
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Peter M. Cone petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the Zoning
Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONEs
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "A"
Agriculture to "CI" Commercial Industrial and the Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-1 as described in Ordinance
76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
The North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township
49 South, Range 25 East.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with Secretary of State.
