Ordinance 79-071 ORDINANCE 79 ' ¢0 cA~ ,~)~DINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30, MPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE U~INC~RPORATED AREAS OF THE COASTAL AREA PI3AlgNING DISTRICT, BY AMENDING MAP NUMBER 5'~!-2~2 BY REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED P~O~E~TY FROM "A" AGRICULTURE TO "GRC" GENERAL R~'~ COMMERCIAL: A PORTION OF THE WEST 1/2 O~ SE~..TION 3, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGR 2~ EAST AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE ~{EREAS, William R. Vines, representing Kermit W. Quaintance, Invesco, Inc., has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Collier County, Florida~ SECTION ONE: The Zoning Classification of the herein described real property is changed from "A", Agriculture to "GRC", General Retail Commercial and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 51-26-2 is hereby amended accordingly: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida: thence along the West line of said Section 3, North 1~00'56'' East 1071.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Parcel herein described; thence continuing along the West line of said Sec- tion 3, North 1"00'56" East 230.00 feet to the South- west corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 3; thence North 89"18'42" East 943.95 feet to iron pin found at the North end of the Westerlymost line of that land as described by Deed recorded in O.R. 318, pages 487 through 490, as recorded in the Records of the Clerk of the C~cuit~- Court, Collier County, Florida; o thence along said Westerlymost line of said land, as -- ---- found marked, South 2~29'33" West 228.84 feet to~n iron pin found; thence along the South.~ine of land South 87"30'17" East 561.70 feet to the Wes~ Right-of-Way line of County Road C-951 (Isle of O~pri Road); thence along said Right-of-Way line South 2"29 06~ ' 1032.67 feet; thence North 54"20'32" West 1790.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the parcel herein described.
