AN~'ORDINANCE AM~NDIN~ ORDIN/~IC~ 79-32, .~tl~ ~OMP~IENSIV~ PLAN FOR COLLIER COUNTY, ~.~.%~DA, BY AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT DDSTUDY AREA MAP ~4 FROM 0-4 LOW DENSITY -6.22 LOW TO MEDIUM DENSITY TO COS- MER~AL LAND USE ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: A PORTION OF T~E WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE WHEREAS, William R. Vines, representing Kermit W. Quaintance, Invesco, Inc., has petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change the Land Use Classification of the herein described real property; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDKLNED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Collier County, Florida: SECTION ONE: The Land Use Calssification of the herein described real property is changed from 0-4, Low Density and 0-6.22, Low to Medium Density to Commercial Land Use and the Work Study Area Map #4 is hereby amended accordingly: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 26 East, Collier County, Florida: thence along the West line of said Section 3, North 1"00'56" East 1071.77 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Parcel herein described; thence continuing along the West line of said Sec- tion 3, North 1"00'56" East 230.00 feet to the South- west corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 3; thence North 89"18'42" East 943.95 feet to iron pin found at the North end the Westerlymost line of that land as described_~y Deed recorded in O.R. 318, pages 487 through 49~, as recorded in the Records of the Clerk of the ~rcui~ Court, Collier County, Florida; thence along said Westerlymost line of said lan~ found marked, South 2"29'33" West 228.84 feet t~an iron pin found; thence along the South line of land South 87"30'17" East 561.70 feet to the We~ Right of Way line of County Road C-951. (Isle of Capri Road); thence along said Right of Way line South 2"29'06" West 1032.67 feet; thence North 54"20'32" West 1790.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the parcel herein described.
