CLERK TO PUBLISH THE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, The Board of Cotwnty Comml.~slon~rs finds that Ordi-
nance 79-57 failed to include Units 2, 3, 4 and 95 of Golden Gate
Estates formerly receiving fire protection services from Golden Gate Fire
Control District and that these units therefore are not now covered by
the agreement of Golden Gate Fire Control District to extend fire ser-
vices to certain areas of Fire Control District #1; and that this consti-
tutes a public emergency threatening the health, welfare and safety of
the residents of said units,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: The foregoing recitation is hereby Incorporated into this
Ordinance.
SECTION 2:
That ATTACHMENT "A" of Sectlon One of Collier County Ordinance
No. 75-9 is es amended by Ordinance 79-57 hereby amended to ~ead
follows:

Fire Control District.
SECTION 3: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or provision
of thls Ordinance is held Invalid, the remainder of this Ordinance shall
not be affected by such Invalidity.
SECTION 4: It Is the Intention of the County Commlsslon, and it is
hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance she'll become and
be made a part of the Code of Collier County, Florida; that the sections ..,.~"~'-' ''~
of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish such
Intention; end that the word "ordinance" may be changed to "section",
"article", or other appropriate word.
SECTION 5: Be It declared that an emergency exists and the Immediate
enactment of this Ordinance Is necessary, therefore, notice requirementsc~
are waived and thls Ordinance shall take effect Immediately upon Its=_~J~'X~ ~'_~
SECTION 6: The provisions of this Ordinance shall remain in full force~'.
and effecL only until December 31, 1979, at which time it shall be~
deemed repealed.
SECTION 7: The Clerk of this Board Is hereby directed to.cause this
