RESOLUTION VACATING PORTION 0 OF PLATTED SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida,

pursuant to Petitioner's request and under the authority of Florida Statute
177.101. have this day held a public hearing to consider vacating a portion
of a recorded plat more fully described as:
Vacate and abandon all that part of Lakewood Unit No.1 according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12. pages 7. 8 and 9,
Public Records of Collier County. Florida. being described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Block "a" of said Lakewood
Unit No.1; thence along the platted boundary of said Lakewood
Unit No.1. North 89042'46" East 299.39 feet; thence North
71035'46" East 60.00 feet; thence South 18024'14" East 242.71 feet;
thence Southerly 149.82 feet along the arc of a circular curve
concave to the West, having a radius of 875.00 feet, subtended by
a chord which bears South 13029'55" East 149.64 feet; thence North
89042'46" East 298.45 feet; thence South 0034'33" West 424.62 feet;
thence South 56020'51" East 32.70 feet; thence South 33039'09"
West 25.00 feet; thence Southeasterly 265.15 feet along the arc of

WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing was given as required by law~
and
WHEREAS. the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely
affect the ownership or right of convenient access of other property owners.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED. that the afore-described plat be and
is hereby vacated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to record this
Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and to make such
correction as is required to show that a portion of the plat has been. vacated.

Resolution and moved its adoption. seconded by Commissioner Pistor
and upon roll call the vote was:
