SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25
EAST AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Mr. Kunwar Jain, Bruns & Bruns, Inc.,.represent-
ing Mr. Henry Minster, has petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to chango the Land Use Classification of the
herein described real propertyl
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida)
SECTION ONEz
The Land Use Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from Commercial Land Use to 6.22-30 units
Medium to High Density Residential and the Work Study Area Map

Beginning at the point of intersection of the West
line of Section 5, Township 48 South, Range 25 East
with the South right-of-way line of State Road S-B65,
run South along said West line of Section 5 to a
point 500 feet South of the Northwest corner of
said Section 5 and a point on the bulkhead line
approved by the Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Fund of the State of Florida on August 4, 1959,
thence run along said bulkhead line North 89 degrees
46 minutes East parallel with and 500 feet South of the
