AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-14 THE IMMOKALEE
AREA PLANNING DISTRICT ATLAS OF MAPS BY CHANGING
ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED
HEREINBELOW FROM "I-Mr-l" TO "I-C-l" AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
Wt{EREAS, John B. Jump,owner of the property hereinafter described,
petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,
to change the zoning classification of the real property hereinafter
described.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. The Zoning Classification of the hereinb~low~desc~fbed
real property in Collier County,Florida,is change~~
to "I-C-l" on the Official Zoning Atlas Map No. 46~29~.~,as
described as Exhibit "A" of Ordinance No. 74-14 ts:her~]~y
amended accordingly.
Lot 1,Block 27,Newraarket Subdivision.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice that
it has been filed with the Secretary of the State.
