AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-15 THE ZONING
REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE IMMOKALEE AREA PLANNING
DISTRICT BY CHANGING SECTION 11.9 PARAGRAPH 2.A "I-
MHSD" DISTRICT,AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE~
WHEREAS,The Immokalee Area Planning Commission petitioned the
Boa~d of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida, to amend
Ordinance No. 74-15 by amending Section ll.9,Paragraph 2.A by
adding subparagraph (4) two-family dwellings with a minimum
lot area of 7,000 square feet.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
