WHEREAS, Mr. P. Fred Biery, Post, Buckley Schuh
Inc., representing Ross Evans, Trustee, has petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classifica-
tion of th~ h-re~n d--cr~bed real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "R/q-l" Residential
Multi-Family and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-5 is
hereby amended accordingly..
The southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 16,
Township 48 South, Range 25 East, less the West 360.00
feet thereof, and less the South 70.00 feet thereof,~
and subject to a drainage easement over and ac~ss
the North 40.00 feet thereof as recored in Off,ia1
Record Book 516 at Page 753 of the Public Recor~ of
Collier County, Florida. ~ ~ ~'~
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon recei~, of.~
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
