SECTION ONE ~~ '
Collier County Ordinance No. 72-1 is hereby amended by adding
the following described land to the Collier County Lighting District:
Lots 2 tl~rough 25, inclusive, all lyine within
Arlington Terrace as recorded in Plat Book 3,
Page 64 of the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida.
SECTION TWO
A. Const'ruc't'ion
This ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this ordinance is held
invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
B. Effect'ire' Date
Effective date o£ this ordinance shall become e~fect~e ~
