AREA ZONING DISTRICT ATLAS OF MAPS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE HEREINBELOW DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM "I-MHSD" to "I-b~:'"l" AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS,King David Jackson,owner of the property hereinafter
described,petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of Co~lter
County,Florida,to change the zoning classification?hr ~he r~al
property hereinafter described.
NOW THEREFOKE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNT~
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA: .'~
SECTION ONE:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow described
real property in Collier County,Florida,is changed from "I-MHSD"
to "I-MF-i" and the Official Zoning Atlas,Map Number 47-29-2,
as described in Exhibit "A" of Ordinance No. 74-14 is hereby
amended accordingly.
Lots 16 & 17,Block 2,Palmetto Park
Subdivision.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of notice
that it has been filed with the Secretary of the State.
