petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to c~ange the
Zoning Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Co~missioners of Collier Count},, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "E" Estates and
the Official Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-6 as described
in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
w 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section
23, Township 49 South, Range 25 East,
Collier County, Florida;
AND
E 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section
23, Township 49 South, R~nge 25 East,
Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Secretary of State.
