27 EAST LOCATED ON THE EAST TRAIL JUST
WEST OF COLLIER SEMINOLE STATE PARK
AND BY PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Clarence Habermehl, Royal Palm Golf Estates,
Inc., petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to change
the Zoning Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "GC" Golf Course and "RS-3" Single
Family to "RS-3" Single Family and "GC" Golf Course and the
Official Zcning Atlas Map Number 51-27-4 as described in
Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:

having a radius of 650'; thence along the arc of said curve
to the right through a central angle of 18~ for 204.20 feet;
thence N 49"37'33" E, 150 feet; thence southeasterly along a
circular curve to the left having a radius of 500' through a
central angle of 18" for 157.08 feet to the point of beginning.

a point on a circular curve having a radius of 200'; thence
along the arc of said curve to the right through a central
angle of 231"41'02" for a distance of 808.73' (the chord of
said curve being S 13"45'00" E, 360 feet) thence S 76"15'00" W
63.79 feet to the point of the beginning.
