AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30, THE
COMPREHENSIVE ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF THE COASTAL PLANNING
DISTRICT, BY AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS MAP
NUMBER 48-25-5 BY REZONING THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM "A" AGRICULTURE
TO "RM-i" RESIDENTIAL MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT:
THE EAST 320.00 FEET OF THE WEST 360.00 FEET
OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWN-
SHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, EXCEPT THEREFROM
THE NORTH 40.00 FEET ~ND THE SOUTH 70.00
FEET OF SAID SW 1/4 ~ND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Post, Buckley, Schuh and Jernigan, Inc., agent
for W. L. Bainbridge, Trustee, petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of the herein
described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agriculture to "RM-i" Residential
Multi-Family, and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 48-25-5 as des-
cribed in Ordinance 76-30 is h~rsby amended accordingly:
The East 320.00 feet of the West 360.00 feet of the
SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 48
South, Range 25 East, except therefrom the North
40.00 feet and the South 70.00 feet of said SW 1/4,
situate lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
