AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 76-30
AND 79-16 BY CORRECTING AN ERROR IN THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL I IN ORDIN-
ANCE 79-16 FOR B~AR~S PAW AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, William R. Vines, agent for Bear's Paw Country
Clubs petitioned the Board of County Commissioners to correct
&n error in the legal description of Parcel 1 of Bearts Paw
Coun~yClub, Ordinance 79-16, dated March 6, 1979;
NOWe THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Collier County, Florida:
