For damages to a County Public Utilities vehicle by a Lab Corp vehicle on June 10,2009 3) Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners approve settlement of the lawsuit filed by Collier County and against JUSTINA T. MENACHIO and RANISHA L. KNOWLES, in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida (Case No. 11-00228-SC), in the amount of$2,935.30 for total damages, plus $390.00 in costs of litigation and authorize the Chairman to execute the Release.
