AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-15 AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE Ib~OKALEE AREA PLANNING DISTRICT
BY CHANGING SECTION 11.9 PARAGRAPH 6 MHSD DISTRICT AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS,the Immokalee Area Planning Conu~ission petitioned the
Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,to amend
Ordinance No. 75-14 by amending Section 11.9 Paragraph 6, Minimum
Yards for mobile home subdivision district.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY CO}~.IISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE:
1. Ordinance No. 74-15 The Zoning Ordinance for the Immokalee
Area Planning District is amended by changJ, ng Section 11.9
6 as herein below:
Minimum Yards:
A. Depth of Front Yard - 25 Feet
B. Depth of Side Yard - 7% Feet
C. Depth of Rear Yard - 10 Feet
Paragraph
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall take effect upon receipt of notice that it
has been filed with th,? Secretary of State.
