NOW, THEREFORE BE iT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended and Section
29-Mobile Home Rental Park District is hereby amended accordingly
as herein described:
AMEND PARAGRAPH 1 AS FOLLOWS:
FROM:
District Purpose: The provisions of this district are
intended to apply to managed mobile home rental parks
in which lots may not be sold to individuals and on-
site management is provided.
TO:
District Purpose: The provisions of this district are
tn~ended to apply to managed mobile home rental parks
in which lots shall not be sold to individuals and on-
site management is provided.
AMEND PARAGRAPH 5-MINIMUM LOT REQUIREMENTS BY AMENDING
SUBPARAGRAPH B AS FOLLOWS AND BY ADDING A NEW SUBPARA-

SECTION TWO~
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that it
has been received by the Secretary of State.
