TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,RANGE 29 EAST,FROM "I-A-l"
TO "I-C-2" ON ATLAS }L~P NO. 46-29 AND PROVIDING'
AN EFFECTIVE DATE:~
WHEREAS, Frank English,Realtor,rep=esenti~g Mr. Adrian
Chapman,owner of the property hereinafter described,petitioned
the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,Florida,
to change the zoning classification of the real property
hereinafter described.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COM~ISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA:
SECTION O~E:
1. The zoning classification of the hereinbelow
described real property in Collier County,Florida, is
changed from "I-A-l" to "I-C-2" and the Official Zoning
Atlas page 49-29 as described as Exhibit A of Ordinance
No. 74-14 is hereby amended accordingly.
SECTION TWO&
Section 17,Township~46 South,Range
29 East,the North 642.73 feet of the
East 398.14' of the N% of the N½
less the right-of-way and part of
Section 8,Township 46 South~Range
29 East,lying south of SR-82,
less the westerly 4786.32 feet,
containing 4.78 acres.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of
Notice that is has been filed with the Secretary of the
State.
