49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, AND BY PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Robert Taylor, owner, petitioned the Board of
County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida to change the
Zoning Classification of the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Com~missioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the hereinafter described
real property in Collier County, Florida is changed from "A"
Agriculture to "CI" Commercial Industrial and the Official
Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-1 as described in ordinanc0..76-30
is hereby amended accordingly:
The South 1/2 of the South 1/~'of the N~rtheast 1/4~
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 49 ~
South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida; ~
Less and Excepting therefrom the East .100.00 feet ~
for Public Road Right-of-Way; and Less and Except~g
therefrom the West 600.00 feet; ~
ALSO THE Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Se~
tion 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East, Collier
County, Florida; Less and Excepting therefrom the
East 100.00 feet for Public Road Right-of-Way; and
Less and Excepting therefrom the South 50.00 feet
for Public Road Right-of-Way; and Less and Except-
ing therefrom the North 570.00 feet of the West
310.00 feet of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East,
Collier County, Florida;
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon recoiot of
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
