WHEREAS, Lloyd G. Sheehan, owner, petitioned the~Boar~
of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classif~atto~J. ~

NOW, TIIEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of C~n~y ~ ~
commissioners of Collier County, Florida~ ~ :~= ~
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "GC" Golf Course to "RS-3GH" Resi-
dential Single Family Group Housing and the Official Zoning
Atlas Map Number 48-25-6 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is
hereby amended accordingly:
South 477.56 feet of the West 310 feet of
the El/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14,
Township 48S, Range 25E, Collier County,
Florida.
SECTION ~O:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon notice that
it has been received by the Secretary of State.
