SECTION 1 ~ c~
Collier County Ordinance No. 78-22 is hereb~ amended by adding
the following described land to the Marco Island Lighting Municipal
Service Taxing District:
Tract A; Lots 6 through 11, inclusive of Block 178;
Lot 22 of Block 191; Lots 1 through 24, inclusive
of Block 190; Lots 1 through 16, inclusive of Block 189;
Lots 1 through 16, inclusive of Block 188; Lots 1 through
6, inclusive of Block 179, All being located in Marco Beach
Unit 7, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 56, 57 and 58 of
the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
SECTION II
CONSTRUCTION
This Ordinance shall be liberally construed to effectuate its
public purpose.
If any portion, phrase or word of this Ordinance is held invalid
or unconstitutional, the remaining parts shall not be affected.
SECTION III o
Effective date of this Ordinance shall become e~ective
provided by Law. o
