WHEREAS, the County Planning Department petitioned the Board
of County Commissioners to change the Zoning Classification of
the herein described real property;
NOW, THEREFOI~ BE IT ORDAINED by ~]e Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida:
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "~4-2" Multifamily to "RO" Recreation
Open Space District and the Official Zoning Atlas blap Number
MI-10 as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accord-
ingly:
Tract A, Unit 13, Marco Beach Subdivision
SECTION TWO:
This Ordinance shall become effective upon receipt of~otic~ ~
