Detailed site drainage plans shall be submitted to the County Engineer for review. No construction permits shall be issued unless and until approval of the proposed construction in accordance with the submitted plans is granted by the County Engineer. B. Petitioner shall submit to the County Engineer, a Water Management to accomodate a 25-year!24-hour design storm event. C. An excavation permit will be required for the proposed lake in accordance with Collier County Ordinance No. 80-26, as amended by Ordinance No. 83-3. D. The 33 foot setback area shall be kept in natural vegetation. E.
