TO "Re" RECREATIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT:
THE S 1/2 OF THE S 1/2 OF THE SW 1/~
OF THE SW 1/4 LESS %~EST 100 FEET FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY, IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP
49, RANGE 25, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Roy Berquist petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners to change the zoning classification of the
herein described real property:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Collier County, Florida;
SECTION ONE:
The Zoning Classification of the herein described real
property is changed from "A" Agricultural to "Re" Recreational
Open-Space District, and the Zoning Atlas Map Number 49-25-1
as described in Ordinance 76-30 is hereby amended accordingly:
The S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
less West 100 feet for ROW in Section 1, Townsh~
49, Range 25, Collier County, Florida.
SECTION TWO:
This ordinance shall become effective upon rec~pt o
notice that it has been filed with the Secretary of State.
